How pricing works
No surge, no peak-hour multiplier. The three things that make up your bill:
Distance
Charged per kilometre at the rate for your vehicle, measured from our garage and back. Outstation trips have a daily minimum of 250 km for cars.
Driver allowance
A fixed nightly allowance when the driver stays away from home, between ₹300 and ₹800 depending on the vehicle.
Toll, permit, parking
Billed exactly as paid, with receipts attached to your bill. Nothing is marked up.
Common questions
How do I confirm a booking?
Send the booking form or a WhatsApp message with your date, time, pickup point and destination. We reply with the exact fare and the car, and the booking is confirmed once you agree. No advance is needed for local trips.
What is included in the per-kilometre rate?
The rate covers the car, fuel and the driver. Toll, state permit and parking are billed at actual and shown on the bill. For outstation trips a driver allowance applies per night.
Is there a minimum distance for outstation trips?
Yes. Outstation journeys are billed for a minimum of 250 km per day for cars and 300 km for a tempo traveller, which is standard across Gujarat.
Can I pay by UPI or card?
UPI, bank transfer and cash are all accepted. Companies can be invoiced monthly with GST.
What if my flight or train is late?
Give us the flight or train number when booking. We track it and adjust the pickup, and the first 60 minutes of waiting at the airport is free.
Do you provide cars for weddings?
Yes, including decorated cars and multiple vehicles booked together. Wedding bookings should be made at least a week ahead during the season.
